Refund Policy

Welcome to the Dog Parenting Webinar hosted by Mirchi Dog School. By registering for or participating in this event through https://lp.mirchidogschool.com/petparenting, you agree to the following refund policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering.

Refund Eligibility

All payments made for registration (₹497) are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by us or rescheduled with no alternative option.

Refund requests will not be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, technical issues on the participant’s side, or inability to attend the webinar.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the webinar is canceled by Mirchi Dog School, participants will be eligible for a full refund.

If the event is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the new session date.

Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Dog Parenting Webinar.”

Please include your name, contact details, and registration proof.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from approval.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be processed for:

Missed sessions or failure to log in.

Technical issues on your end such as internet failure, device problems, or software incompatibility.

Requests made after the event date.

Payment Disputes

In case of payment disputes, participants are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution before initiating chargebacks with banks or payment providers.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued participation after such modifications will be considered acceptance of the updated policy.
